Shipping Policy

1. Production and Delivery Window

Every Urban Frames relief is made to order and 3D-printed to fit the selected frame. Standard production, framing, packing, and courier transit are usually completed within 10 business days from payment confirmation.

This delivery window exists because the relief insert is printed specifically for the chosen frame size and then checked, mounted, and packaged by hand. You will receive an email when your order ships, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1 Romania

Standard Shipping (Fan Courier):

  • Cost: 15-25 RON (depending on size and weight)
  • Total delivery window: up to 10 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Cost: 35-45 RON
  • Total delivery window: up to 10 business days

Because each order is produced to fit the selected frame, faster courier services can shorten transit time but do not remove the production stage.

2.2 European Union

Standard Shipping (DHL/DPD):

  • Cost: €15-30 (depending on destination and size)
  • Total delivery window: up to 10 business days

Express Shipping (DHL Express):

  • Cost: €35-50
  • Total delivery window: up to 10 business days

2.3 International (Outside EU)

International Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

  • Cost: €40-80 (depending on destination)
  • Total delivery window: up to 10 business days

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If customs processing causes an exceptional delay beyond the standard 10-business-day window, we will inform you.

3. Free Shipping

Standard shipping costs 50 RON. Orders over 1000 RON qualify for free standard shipping within Romania and the European Union. This offer does not apply to express shipping or international orders outside the EU.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us through our contact form .

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately through our contact form
  • Provide photos of any damage to the package and product
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection

We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5.3 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
